Getting started

I offer a free 15-minute call so we can talk about how I work and see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to work together, we can arrange your first session.

There’s no set number of sessions you must commit to, but to begin with, I usually recommend weekly appointments. Depending on your goals, we might agree to an initial contract of 6–12 sessions, with regular reviews so we can see how you’re finding the process. You’re free to end your therapy at any time.

Payments and cancellations

I accept payments by BACS or Cash.


Sessions must be paid in full prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel, please allow at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Failing to do this, the full session fee will not be refunded, unless there’s an emergency.
