About me

In Person-centred therapy, the therapeutic relationship is key for the therapy to be effective. I like to say, and you probably have heard this before: “finding a good therapist is like finding the right shoe that fits right and feels comfortable”.

This is why I offer a 15-minute free-of-charge telephone or video call, for us to see if we can work together.

My name is Greta and I am a Person-centred qualified counsellor and BACP registered member.

I am originally from Argentina (South America), lived in Spain, and have lived in the UK for the last 10 years.

I offer online and phone therapy within the UK, both in English and Spanish.

I also offer face-to-face sessions in Newquay, Cornwall.

Due to my personal lived experience and training, I can work with the following presenting issues:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Bereavement

  • Trauma

  • Fertility issues, ectopic pregnancies, miscarriages, early pregnancy loss

  • Hormonal imbalances, Endometriosis, PMD, PMS, Perimenopause, Menopause

  • Moving countries, immigration

Working in a Person-centred way means that you, as the client, are the expert in your issues/experiences, and we will work at your own pace.

I offer a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental, confidential and safe space for you to explore what you would need or like to work on.

I offer Psycho education if requested by you and you feel it is what you need at the time.

I am progressing onto the Level 6 BA Degree in Counselling, which will give me more tools and techniques of other modalities that can be introduced in the sessions if suitable and agreed by you.

I would love to hear your story of your own lived experiences. I am interested in knowing how it feels for you.

I look forward to meeting you and seeing if we can work together.
